Breakfast is a great way to give your child the energy they need. Children who eat breakfast tend to eat healthier overall and are more likely to participate in physical activities. They are more likely to concentrate better and perform better at school.
Going to school without breakfast can make children feel tired, lack concentration and feel irritable. In the morning, their bodies need energy for the day ahead after going without food for eight to twelve hours during sleep.
Breakfast includes toast, crumpets, croissants, a selection of toppings (such as jam or marmite), as well as a selection of cereals. A jug of fresh cold water is available throughout the session.
If your child has any dietary requirements, please let us know.
